Group events take a lot of planning. And sponsoring get-togethers and other events often means a big investment in time and management. Make sure your event runs smoothly and there’s enough space for all your guests!

Our great Hall can seat 305 people, and adjoins our full service commercial kitchen. It’s also equipped with an excellent sound system that includes wireless microphones and a portable stage. The Main Lobby and the West Lobby are excellent places for photo ops, too.

So whether your event includes sitting, dining, dancing, speeches…we’ve got you covered.

We’ve held events such as a luncheon for Wyoming Governor Matt Mead (see images below), an evening with beloved author CJ Box (included a book signing, dinner and auction), in-service teacher days, public meetings and discussions with the Forest Service, Chamber of Commerce luncheons and more.
